This may include your name, surname, personal identification number, contact information, information about the contracts you have concluded with MOTO INN OÜ and their execution history, data on the use of other services provided by MOTO INN OÜ, bank account information (account number), etc.
Data Subject (You) is a natural person (client, their representative, family member, etc.) whose personal data we obtain and use.
Other terms used in the Policy are understood as they are defined in the General Data Protection Regulation and other legal acts.

For what purposes do we collect and use your personal data?
We collect and use the personal data about you that you provide yourself. We do not collect or receive any additional data about you from other sources.

To be able to contact you, we collect your name, surname, address, email address, social network account data (username), phone number, and other contact details;
To be able to properly execute the contract concluded with you, we collect your personal identification number, date of birth, copy of identity document, address.

What gives us the right to obtain and use your personal data?

You intend to conclude or have concluded a contract with MOTO INN OÜ;

We only use the personal data that you provide to us yourself when you apply for and use our services.

Law enforcement institutions, upon their request, courts or other dispute resolution institutions;
Companies providing event organization, advertising, social media management, marketing consulting, and other related services;
Our legal and other professional consultants.
For the personal data processing specified in this Policy, we also engage the following data processors: companies providing website administration and related services, companies providing document archiving services, companies providing advertising, marketing services, companies creating, providing, maintaining, and developing software, companies providing information technology infrastructure services, companies providing communication services, companies providing consulting. We aim for service providers to comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and other legal acts regulating personal data protection.
Given the nature and purpose of the services we provide, we transfer your personal data to third parties located in countries outside the territory of the European Union or the European Economic Area (EU/EEA). Such data transfer is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract with you and is solely in your interests. In certain cases, we may request your consent for the transfer of personal data to third parties. We draw attention to the fact that we cannot always guarantee that the third party, as the controller of your personal data, located in a country outside the EU/EEA, will ensure an adequate level of personal data protection as provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation. How long do we store your personal data?
We store your personal data no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or for the period provided for by legal acts, for example:

We will provide a response to your request no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt. In exceptional cases requiring additional time, we have the right to extend the term up to 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of your request.
Validity and changes of the Privacy Policy
This Policy enters into force on January 1, 2020. It may be changed taking into account changes in legal acts and our activities.
